Provides Individual, Couple, and Family Therapy.
Sessions are 50 minutes long at a rate of $150.
Insurance
We accept Blue Cross/ Blue Shield of Illinois PPO and Cigna/Evernorth.
We are considered Out-of-Network for all other insurance plans. We provide Out-of-Network clients with documentation necessary to receive reimbursements from their insurance company.
Insurance plans do vary and therefore, it is important to check your benefits before your first appointment. We always encourage clients to contact their insurance company to understand fully what their insurance plan covers and what it does not cover. Any portion of the fee not covered by your insurance company is your responsibility at the time of your appointment.
