What to expect at your first appointment

First session...

We utilize Doxy as our Telehealth platform. You will receive an email link just before your first session. You may login utilizing a computer or phone and wait for your Therapist to enter the space.

It can be hard to know what to expect at a first appointment.  The first session will be roughly an hour long and part of that time will be spent going over the paperwork you receive prior to session. Please have a copy of your insurance card or any payment information you have.
